A Mental Health Professional with solid knowledge and understanding of the counseling theory and practice as well as excellent communication skills and high level of confidentiality.

  • I am a registered Member of The Counselors and Psychologist Board (Under Kenya’s Ministry of Health)
  • I am a WHO Champion on Mental Health, Recovery and Community Inclusion.

I lead the team at Phoenix Psychotherapy and Mental Health Consultants Ltd which is a distinguished mental health practice dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of counseling and therapeutic services. With a focus on fostering healthy relationships and nurturing individual growth, we offer a diverse array of therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Our Therapeutic Approach

At Phoenix Psychotherapy & Mental Health, we believe in a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
